Kansas City Chiefs Linebacker Willie Gay suspended 4 games

Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Willie Gay Jr. has been suspended without of pay for the next four games for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy.

Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Willie Gay Gay was arrested on Jan. 20 in Overland Park.

About Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Willie Gay An NFL spokesman confirmed to The Star that the four-game suspension order is for the January incident.

The agreement also requires Gay to submit to the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office drug and alcohol testing at any time during a 1year period.

He is to indemnify a total of $544.50, the total cost and fee required to be paid.

Gay would not play any of the next four matches against the Indianapolis Colts, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Las Vegas Raiders and Buffalo Bills.

It is reported by an NFL spokesperson that he is eligible to return to the Chiefs' active roster on Monday, October 17.
